Hi, I'm Jessica.

I'm a mom of five, a Certified Personal Trainer, and someone who lost count of how many Monday's I started over.

I became a mom at 15 and have spent most of my life learning how to take care of other people while figuring out how to take care of myself too. I've walked through divorce, financial hardship, and becoming a widow—experiences that shaped the way I approach fitness today.

Life has forced me to rebuild more than once.

Through every season, fitness became more than a goal of losing weight. It became something I could come back to. A way to take care of myself, rebuild confidence, and create structure when life felt heavy.

That's why I created Jessica Alisha.

Not to sell extremes, quick fixes, or another thing that leaves you right back where you started a few weeks later. I believe in workouts that fit into real life, practical tools, and giving women a plan they can keep coming back to.

I've learned that life will have seasons where things feel easy and seasons where everything gets turned upside down. The goal isn't to do it perfectly. It's to have something that can come with you through all of it.
